Can i wash the felt boards?

Yes! They are machine washable on cold. Just remove the two wooden dowels and wash alone on cold. We recommend that you hang to dry or dry on low/cool settings.

Can i wash the felt set pieces?

We do not recommend washing the felt play set pieces as they contain a hardener to make the stiff. While this makes them easier for kiddos to handle, it can cause issues with washing. If you have a piece that has been ruined or lost, please get in touch with us!

do you have the felt boards in any additional colors?

Not at this time but we plan on expanding our collections in the future to have different color options!

How long does it take my order to ship?

Orders will ship within 1 week of purchase and you will receive tracking information for your order. Rush shipping is not available at this time.

are hooks included with the felt board?

Hooks are not included but any set of 2 hooks will do! We recommend Command hooks for a removable options, but any types of reliable hook will hold the felt board.

If you are dissatisfied with your product at any time, you can return it for a full refund minus shipping. Please get in touch with us to start a return.

what is your turnaround time for design work?

Our average turnaround time is 2-3 weeks for most projects. We do offer rushed services on a limited basis for an increased cost.

do you offer print materials?

We do! We work with a local, creative and reputable printer who offers endless custom print materials and designs. We are happy to quote you for any job!

do you work with small businesses?

We do! We work with any education related small businesses. For profit businesses are charged a slightly higher rate, as it is our intention to make our services affordable for not-for-profit educational organizations and institutions.
